Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I was the main user of Workable. Worked on it as recruiting system / ATS. Also, hiring managers worked on the system with me on specific jobs. Workable helped us manage the hiring process better, to track candidates, to improve the flow and to easily contact recruiters and candidates.

Pros and Cons

Track the hiring process
Provide templates for every step, help us be more professional
Increase exposure of job post on relevant job boards

Issues with languages, when CV arrived in Hebrew sometimes Workable didn't recognize the name
Identify double CV in the system. If [the] same candidate applies for a different role it will still appear double.

All in all, Workable is an easy to use system, gives good answers to our needs, [and] provided even more than we needed as a small company (candidates evaluation tools, employees referral, annual planning). For me it was good and easy and I will be glad to work with Workable again. I didn't use reports too much so I can't tell how good it is. I'm sure that for bigger companies it will be a helpful tool.
