Overall Satisfaction with Workable
Workable is being used across the whole organization as a part of our hiring efforts. We use it to collect our candidates and to move them through the pipeline during interviews. It's allowing us to keep organized even with a high number of candidates and ensures that all of our team comments and notes are kept in a single place that we can go back and reference at any time.
- Easy applications for candidates
- Easy to move candidates through the pipeline
- Organizes comments well
- Would like to see more default reports on dashboard
- It's made a positive impact on our hiring and recruiting process. I'm just a user and not admin though so I don't have access to these numbers.
