Overall Satisfaction with WorkflowMax

It is used by all staff to record time. It is then used to generate invoices.

Pros

  • Simple to use and set-up
  • Cost effective

Cons

  • Not enough experience of the product yet to really comment
  • Too early to say, but I expect it will result in the recovery of more time and therefore increase fees
WorkflowMax is well suited to organisations dealing with a number of discrete matters.
