Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

Workfront is used by certain departments of our organization, primarily to receive single user incident tickets from third parties.

  • Incident management
  • Time sheets
  • No chat application
  • Poor SLA tracking
  • Poor tool for change management
  • Filtering for tracking purposes is needlessly clunky. Customization makes it versatile but not user friendly.
Pros:
Great for work and incident management. Customizable forms and permissions.
Cons:
Not ITIL friendly. Steep learning curve. Mediocre support.
