It is easy to create and manage all the projects from one place. We can make the fields mandatory so that users enter all the required fields for tracking and analyzing projects.

- Maintaining a hierarchy in terms of projects, programs and issues.
- Making fields mandatory for better tracking.

- Number of options/tabs could be reduced for ease of access.
- Provide ability to customize more for our organization.
- Example use cases on how API can be used and ability to access last modified records. More support and integrations for API.
- Workfront has made project management easy by centralizing at one place.
- With workfront, we are now able to track and measure a campaign across multiple dimensions.
Collaboration was made easy with workfront as we work with multiple teams and all the project management, user access and updates can be handled from one place.
The professional services were used in the initial implementation and it was good.
