Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

  • Centralize projects in one solution
  • Manage digital work processes
  • Review and approve digital work
We use it for site and solution building.

Pros

  • Management of projects and project tasks
  • Messaging / review process

Cons

  • Tends to load slowly for larger projects with many tasks, making inputting and scheduling tasks slow.
  • Would be nice if end users had more control over their views, and what tasks they can see/not see, due dates etc.
  • Great for tracking hours and seeing where issues may be within our current work flow
It's good for what we currently use it for. We would love to be able to better control what our clients can/can't see as well as what they can/can't do.
Definitely a good option for projects that are mainly managed via the waterfall process.
