Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Workhuman is used as a trustworthy, easy, and smart resource, a tool that allows you to celebrate collaborators and colleagues in the company's portal, either you want to offer them rewards (through a points program) or simply leave them a message (that can be public or private) to highlight their habilities, comradery, and let them know they're value!

Protects privacy when you chose to celebrate someone privately.
Engages collaborators via their algorithm.
Celebrates colleagues and work friends!

Cons

The graphics could use a little boost. The design tends to look a bit basic (I'm not sure if it's the company's or Workhuman's, though).
I think some features (like seeing who awarded you) could be more intuitive—it does not show easily, and sometimes, it takes some time until I notice that.

Usability

It is pretty easy to use. The features and links are mainly easy to find. The operation, to put it that way, is pretty simple. However, I do think it could be a little bit more intuitive. As I mentioned before, one point of improvement would be the design (that could use a touch of elaboration), and I believe that could also bring more intuitiveness.

Developing collaborators is a crucial key performance indicator for team leaders in our company. People make the company happen, and we believe that the more people are taught, improved, pushed, given tools to work with, celebrated, incentivized, and recognized, the more the company will grow and thrive. Workhuman provides tools to do all of these and diagnose and act on issues that could be detected early.

It is definitely very well suited for cases like how my company uses it (which is a platform to celebrate colleagues and peers within the company, public or privately—depending on your choice). It feels good to write a review on someone I care about and want to celebrate. Maybe it would be less appropriate if the reviews were to be mandatorily public, but I don't know if that even exists.
