Good solution for companies without intranet

We use Workvivo as an internal Facebook / Intranet to share information from all services to all other teammates with a possibility to answer and react. The greatest feature is that all people from subsidiaries of our holding can be connected with different email addresses. But on the other side, it's rather difficult to update the users. You should improve this option. Organisation chart is also a great feature but some bugs were observed. It would also be great if the identity of the company user could be presented better (actually I see only Workvivo).
