Workvivo increases communication and creates a sense of community and FUN!

We use Workvivo as a way of communicating with our employees on a global level. Some of the features I love about using Workvivo are the way of creating 'Spaces' for groups of people, for example, we have a space for 'Woofvivo' where many of our pet lovers like to share photos. I also enjoy the ability to be able to tag/shout out an individual or team, this is a great way to show recognition or to highlight a win. Workvivo is also used by many as a directory of their colleagues, if we get an email from a colleague we may not have met previously we would often check on Workvivo to see things such as their photo, team, location, when they joined the business, etc. Overall, I think Workvivo has been a hugely valuable platform for our company.
