Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo

I used it to help communicate information to staff locater in other departments. It's great because there is no maximum size file that can be attached, which was an issue we had with a previous system we used. The layout of Workvivo is nice and simple to use and the structure of the site is very user-friendly.

  • Gives you a time you want to release a post.
  • Lets you shout out to certain groups.
  • Provides different podcasts.

Cons

  • I can't think of any.
  • Easy way of communication with peers
  • Being able to dip in and out easily

In my role, I deal with staff that is seconded in different departments and it has some great features that help me get a quick response from them. I use the poll feature with out the hassle of emailing each one and expecting an email response back. It is a great tool to have for the social side of work.
