Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Workvivo allows the company to connect at an in-depth level. Being a remote company, having the ability to continue activities challenges, competitions and general communication that would normally happen in the office is great! Whether you are in an International office or based here in Ireland it's a great tool to have.
Pros
- Inclusion of incorporating all staff for competitions and challenges.
- Multiple features such as the ability to create groups of similar interests remotely.
- Very well laid out making information easy to find.
Cons
- Potentially a new updated interface to look smoother, make some things easier to find.
- Photo sharing
- Documents sharing - professional and personal based
- Compatitbility
- A lot of ROI with HR and incorporating all staff - Very inclusive.
It offers a lot more such as different areas of groups, photos, information, and profiles to find more staff to connect with.
