Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo

Workvivo is a way to make everyone feel a part of the company as we're totally remote. It lets us all get involved in our own company holding competitions and events.
  • Connecting all remote workers.
  • Spaces keep information organized.
  • Ease of uploading pictures and files from your phone.
  • Recognize achievements and hard work.
  • Notifications, As soon as you read the first one, the others are unchecked.
  • Personification to individual profile page to make more personable.
  • Integration with external social media.
  • Maintaining inclusion among all
  • Immediate posting
  • A way to highlight the good work done by departments across the company.
  • It positively impacts employee knowledge of current promotions/events.
  • All levels of people are able to use this communication platform.

Workvivo is appropriate for engaging your workforce in team-building activities, challenges, and events. Also, our company encourages team members to post community events outside of the workplace, which I think is good, and let people know each other better. However, not everyone is keen to join or partake in other social media. Our company uses Workvivo to recognize people's achievements and well-done work, it's open to everyone in the team.
