Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo

Workvivo helps with communication in our company. A lot of people are on the road or working from home, so Workvivo really helps to keep everyone up to date on all the important company updates. It is also used for our sports and social clubs and for any internal competitions that are running.

Pros

  • Easy platform to learn to use on a computer or in app.
  • Fast to find company organization chart and help you find the best person to contact.
  • Very customizable to individual company needs.

  • Extra options for liking posts, not just the heart.
  • Good communication platform

Workvivo is used a lot by our sports and social committees. We can send posts to just the relevant people and quickly do polls to gauge interest for ideas from the members. This saves a lot of time sending out emails and reading through the replies. It also saves a lot of 'reply to all' responses that clog up your inbox.
