Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Workvivo is used to convey general messages to all employees in the company. It is a platform to be social with others, specifically useful when the teams are distant apart by providing notifications of Birthdays and work Anniversaries. It also helps to find people with the same interests (the feature of creating groups, like - sports, etc).
Pros
- Important dates notifications.
- formation of same interests groups.
- Conveying important messages to all.
- Platform to showcase one's interests, achievements, moments of laughter, and excitement.
- Encouragement to employees as recognition on this platform reaches all employees within the company.
Cons
- Having issues with Birthday / Dates notification (By default it takes the current year as DOB year and doesn't send a notification if the age is below 18).
- WhatsApp can have the feature of deleting messages after some time. Could be of interest in the case of pictures.
- Auto notification of the messages if the notice is for a future date.

- Employee engagement in recreation activities is encouraged.
None (getting feedback (positive\negative\suggestions) of Workvivo is good but comparing with others I don't feel it is okay).
