Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo

We use Workvivo as an Intranet service provider. We post and consume information regarding professional but also off-work topics. Several workspaces are set up for each location, for different interest groups and spaces to exchange ideas or common interests. There is the possibility to create and advertise events, create blogs, link social media content, and spread information in a multimedia manner.

  • Search functionality
  • Filter content on landing page
  • Following other users doesn't really change anything
  • Sharing posts
  • Events
  • Posting the menu of the canteen
  • The participation rate for certain events reaches up to 80%.
  • Mobile app access is guaranteed to almost 100% of employees.
  • Positive side effect is to keep up with the change of staff in home office/pandemic times.

For Intranet topics regarding internal events, socializing, blogs, etc. It is a nice tool. However, it is not knowledge management or knowledge transfer tool. Sharing moments as a team with pictures and texts to let your colleagues know what's going on is very appropriate. I personally like the shout-out function to send kudos to your colleagues.
