Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Kent plc is a huge global company with 12000 employees of all nationalities from cultures spread all over the world and a lot are in remote locations. The company's aim is to become a seamless organisation and this requires maximum inter-office and inter-person communication and understanding. I think Workvivo is probably the only way of building technical support networks to bind design office staff with onsite projects and head office.
Pros
- Ability to share and easily upload photos and videos
- Cross-translation
- Close linking of MS Teams and internal email
Cons
- Maybe under tips and tricks, there could be some advice/tuition on efficient use of webcams and online presenting techniques? (To make discussions and meeting more professional).
- More clarity on whether Workvivo is for work-related content, or can general information be shared.
