Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo
Workvivo is a great way to be able to keep up to date with the latest going-on of work and be able to chat and share with others who know exactly what you're going through at work and also a great way that get to know our leaders more.
Pros
- Being connected to what is happening within the company.
- Keeping in touch with colleagues.
- Opportunity to meet new staff, celebrate work anniversaries and birthdays.
Cons
- I'd love to be able to find old posts easier than now.
- No personal messaging feature available.
- Workvivo is great for welcoming new hires and colleagues to the business.
- Keeps me updated on company changes.
- Easy and effective to send out company surveys
- Unable to communicate individually.
- Difficulty in searching for members & posts.
