Overall Satisfaction with Xero
Bookkeeping Express implements Xero to its bookkeeping clients. It easily addresses the problem of access to both the bookkeepers working on the client's account and access by the business owner to their financial information.

- Ease of access across all platforms for on-demand informaiton. The "cloud" makes it super simple to log into information. I can also access Xero on my iPad via the app or thru my browser.
- Ease of associating files with transactions. This is a relatively new function, but it works if an organization wants to go paperless.
- The DASHBOARD - it's a one stop place for a business owner to get a status update on their business.
- Report generation - it defaults to the current month. It would be helpful if you could select the time period you want it to default to. ex. April until April is closed.....
- Handling multiple credit cards - when you have 10 or more credit cards, it is difficult to find the proper card to reconcile. Maybe an option to have reference a list rather than the dashboard for each card.
- Ability to upload contacts directly to a list.
