Overall Satisfaction with Xero
We are using Xero to work with all of our small business clients. We handle approximately 120 clients on Xero, which is more than double the amount of clients were were able to handle with QuickBooks.
- I really love their bank feeds and rule creation. This speeds up the work and adds a new level of accuracy.
- I love how innovative Xero is. They put out 400 updates in 2014, which is awesome. If we ask for a feature, it magically appears.
- I love the support that Xero provides. If I ever get stuck, I can go to help.xero.com or submit a request and hear back instantly.
- I would really like to see job costing as a native feature. However, there are many add ons that handle this.
- I would love to see payroll in all states. I know they are rolling the states out and should be done this year, but I am impatient. :)
- We are super efficient with Xero and doubled the volume of work we can handle.
- We look like rockstars with Xero. People come to us because of how clean the design is and how easy it is to use. We convert leads in no time.
- My employees are happy that they don't have to struggle with the software. Happy employees means better work!

Xero smashes QuickBooks and I will never use QuickBooks again. Xero has a great UI, a great customer service team, a really great pricing model, and is a much better product. I don't have to struggle with software; I can easily share info with my clients, and we can do higher level work with the extra time we have. Overall my clients are much happier with Xero and my employees feel like they are fully supported. What more could I ask for?
