Overall Satisfaction with XMediusFAX
XMedius is our enterprise faxing solution company-wide. Any new projects that we implement are added to our XMedius environment.
- Easy implementation of new sites. Usually takes 10 minutes or less to add a new site.
- XMedius support is extremely proactive. They usually respond within 10-15 minutes after opening a ticket.
- None that I can think of at this time.
- We have only recently come up with a pricing model to charge back to the projects that use XMedius. It is too soon to determine ROI.
