Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
It is most useful for basic policy and document templates, which we sometimes use as a starting point for our own to ensure we are legally compliant.

Cons
- It is hard to find what we are looking for - you need to improve the search functionality as it doesn't bring up specific results, but a ream of different pages that are not even remotely related to the topic you are searching for
- Very little - I don't use it much for the reasons I have already stated
It does help for those of us that use it. There are multiple accounts in the organisation, which I am not responsible for overseeing, so I can only speak for the items I have used.
It has helped us to review our policies and documentation.
