Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

Employee relations, recruitment, and talent acquisition matters and activities. To support HR and recruitment policies and procedures for the team. To research diversity and inclusion matters. Also, to act as a support for rewriting the best job adverts and descriptions. It is also a useful too to gauge the latest industry news and standards.

  • More regular and tailored emails re updates.
  • Cost savings.
  • Improved processes.
  • Time saving.
  • Accuracy.
It has been super useful to be able to review current HR and recruitment policies, cross reference this against industry standards, and then implement positive change in our department. We are, as a whole, more aware of compliance matters and continue to hold this in the forefront of minds moving into 2024.
It has assisted with a baseline knowledge/foundation level understanding of HR compliance, and with multiple HR experts in the team, it has given many colleagues access to review the latest legislation to bring about positive change and create maximum business impact.
I have not used any other platform in addition to Brightmine, so I cannot fairly comment.

It is very helpful for recruitment purposes, looking at the importance of diversity and inclusion for our recruitment model. In turn, this is useful for rewriting competency framework policies and even for job descriptions and adverts. It would be great to have more access to recruitment and talent acquisition posts and even occupational psychology.
