Use to stay up-to-date with employment law and research specific issues as and when they occur. Use and adapt sample letters to speed up the drafting of basic correspondence. Also, use to ask for specific advice on issues that are not covered in the extensive FAQs and documentation.
Pros
- Excellent range of FAQs on all areas of employment law
- Provides specific legal advice in a timely manner
- Easily navigable website to find range of documents and advice when needed
Cons
- Would be useful if it was easier to print FAQs in one area in one go - but really designed for consumption on a computer
- Not always easy to view information on a mobile screen
- Saved time looking for information elsewhere
- Saved money by not having to contact legal department
- Reduced risk by using advice to back up research
The provision of accurate legal information has enabled organisation to avoid potential exposure to litigation and to provide timely information when required
