Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR

It's really useful to get insights on policy and employment law updates. Also very good for templates and basic advice when you can easily download the template and adapt it to your needs. I also find it very good when it comes to describing entire processes - how to conduct a grievance, for instance, redundancy, etc.

  • The employment law service is a bit too basic. The lawyer often gives you very basic or scripted advice that is not tailored to the situation needed
  • The functionality search sometimes is not great. You risk getting lost between hundreds of articles without finding what you really need
  • Sometimes the articles are too lengthy and you only need a very quick response

As said before, it helped us with reviewing our current policies and procedures. It is difficult to keep up with all changes and updates, therefore knowing that you can download a template with the up-to-date changes and easily adapt it to the needs of your organisation is really good. I also think that good highlights on cases are super helpful when it comes to ER
As I said before, it was really important in helping us with policies and procedures. It helps keep things up to date and makes sure you are compliant with new legislation. I think it could be more beneficial if it will include also what other companies are doing as a way of benchmarking what has been done through different sectors

Well suited: We are updating a lot of our policies. XpertHR provides a lot of policy templates that we can easily download and re-adapt to our needs.

Less appropriate: The advice is somewhat generic. We were in need of how to deal with a specific ER case and the advice we got from the lawyer was too generic. Even when asked for more specific details, it was not really relevant or helpful
