Overall Satisfaction with Yardi Property Management
Yardi Property Management was used across the entire property management organization of nearly 100 employees. Yardi was able to combine all of our 3500 single family rental houses into a single application that provided resident and maintenance management functionality. We further used the application to process resident payments and issue automatic emails when residents were past due.

Yardi was one of the only applications that offered the flexibility and changeability that we needed to manage over 3800 individual properties. Most of the competitors were strictly structured to only allow management of large, multi-family complexes rather than a mix of the two. Further, the fact that we could easily integrate Yardi with SalesForce and other CRM applications made it an easy choice.
