Overall Satisfaction with Yext

We use Yext to manage our 350+ clinic listings across multiple publishers. The platform helps us handle monitoring incorrect edits and updates at scale. It also makes adjustments to map locations, hours, or any clinic information streamlined. Yext is the source of truth for our clinic listings, so our operating procedures are simple.

The platform is straight forward. After training for the Yext team I was able to perform the tasks most important to me with ease. If there are questions beyond that, the team is eager to help. Any time we have had issues a ticket can be created and is promptly addressed. The how-to help articles are less user friendly, however.
We initially chose Yext because it provided the greatest control for our multiple listings. Plus, it had access to the most publishers. However, when evaluating Synup we were very impressed. You would not go wrong to choose either!

Yext is well suited for all listing management needs. It allows you to control multiple publishers at a centralized place. If you make frequent changes or need to control all messaging, this is the platform for you.

One area we wish Yext improved on is providing more depth analytics. You cannot see data for individual listings.
