Overall Satisfaction with Yext

We love using Yext to keep all of our business listings up to date across all platforms. Yext pushes to more search engines than we would ever be able to get to manually and makes sure our information is current and accurate. The platform itself is also incredibly easy to use. Simply put, it makes our job easier!

Pros

  • Updating listings quickly and correctly
  • Showing clear data in the dashboard reporting
  • Letting us easily identify a problem if there is one.

Cons

  • Faster data pulling for reporting.
  • We always see such a major increase in performance from where a listing was before using Yext and the first quarter or so after using Yext. It totally cleans up misinformation and drives results.
The platform itself is easy to use, intuitive and relatively explanatory. But whenever we do have further questions or issues, yext support has always been very communicative and helpful in finding resolutions, no matter the problem.

Yes

It has been very well suited for every business listing we have created. We love it for restaurants to easily showcase menu items, reservations, hours of operation etc. It seems to be less appropriate for Higher Ed clients, as Google tends to push their own listings and showcase the listing differently than other businesses and with less information than what we input.
