Overall Satisfaction with Yooz

I create the purchase order for media buys or other print materials with local vendors. After entering PO information, I confirm PO and print for files. I upload invoices for same (or they are directly imported) and confirm invoice accuracy and place GL codes as appropriate for invoiced materials and clear for payment.

Pros

  • lets you duplicate a previous purchase order (if you can find it)
  • allows you to print or download PO before confirming it

Cons

  • search and look-ups are very poor and not user friendly
  • status of invoice (payments) is not clear in History
  • too many misdirected invoices sent to me by mistake
  • no editing capability of PO after submitting (ie..price changes, add-on, quantity correction)
  • that's a finance question. for me, its just more work I do now instead of them.

I'm sure its great for some applications, but training is needed and we only received limited online training - which covered only basic items.
