Overall Satisfaction with Yooz

My organization is using for AP automation, integrated with our ERP system (NetSuite).

Pros

  • Receiving vendor invoices automatically.
  • Does 3 way match with NetSuite.
  • Create vendor bills in NetSuite through Web Services.

Cons

  • Tax calculations and make adjustments automatically.
  • If a vendor bill is modified in NetSuite, the change would be automatically updated in Yooz.
  • Our AP is still entering some vendor bill data manually in Yooz.
  • Need to move to fully automated system.

Yooz receives and invoice, matches(2 way, 3 way) with NetSuite transactional data and creates a vendor bill in NetSuite to be paid by AP. The automation reduces the errors and saves time.
