Overall Satisfaction with Yooz

I use the Yooz software to process and import invoices into our AP software (CDK). I also can see invoices form other campuses that are not local, but need a payment processed quickly. I also use the Yooz software for complete transparency. It allows every department (or the appropriate ones) to see what invoices are being charged where.

Pros

  • Reads invoice information
  • Recognizes dollar amounts on invoices
  • Remembering account number for specific vendors
  • Remembers vendor information

Cons

  • I would like to be able to combine documents if they have been separated by the import
  • Makes the AP processes significantly easier
It is extremely user friendly.

I find that there is still some confusion about what to send through the Yooz software. I see invoices that have already been paid by credit card for invoices that are set up to be ACH'd from our bank account that do not require AP attention.
