Accounts Payable functions. From entering invoices to exporting it to our Accounting software

  • keeping records
  • search functions
  • the ease of getting approval

Cons

  • the Yooz number should be more visible or bigger fonts
  • the ease to see the vendor properties like clicking on one of the menu
  • the source of the documents (who sent it) should be accesible easily
  • the speed it helps us process AP
  • the ability to search for documents with ease
  • work well with our team
It has helped our job tremendously but with little improvement needed in the future

Yes

Doing the export to another accounting software is excellent, we rarely have any problems with Yooz. We can even export by batches. Vendor sending invoices is a cool feature and if there is a problem we can easily upload the invoices. The AI functions should improve in the future. The report functions should be improved by providing us videos on how to use it so we can maximize its abilities.
