Overall Satisfaction with Yooz

Our business uses Yooz to confirm purchase orders from outside vendors. It's an extra step, but apparently it helps to prevent our accounts receivable department from billing an invoice to the wrong store. We send the invoices with a purchase order to them, then they scan them into the system and file them back to each store for confirmation.

Pros

  • Organizes the invoices.
  • Allows us to easily send back if the invoice goes to the wrong store.
  • Makes it easy to confirm the invoices.

Cons

  • An approve all button would be helpful.
  • Default zoom amount to be preset to 100% instead of automatic.
  • Makes it easier to confirm that an invoice is going to the correct store.
  • I'm a middle user, I don't see all the back end information of the program.
The program is very easy to use. The only issue I have using it is that I sometimes forget that I have invoices to approve, but they stay in the queue for me to approve later, and if I forget completely, they get automatically approved.

The program in itself is easy to use, however it adds additional steps to my work. I already have to make a purchase order for the invoices for outside vendors, but now I have to go back in and approve them again makes for extra work that I don't see as completely necessary.
