Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Yooz assist our organization on the processing and approving of invoices to be paid. This solution organizes our accounts payable and gives approvers more control over bills. In addition, with the integration with our accounting software (Sage) we can easily export it to Sage, creating a great flow of work. On top of all that, Yooz integrates users with chat communication and notifications.

Usability

Usability of Yooz is close to 10, solves the issue that many companies have and serve to its purpose. The platform is simple, but well design and it is always improving. Since we started using it almost 8 months ago, the invoicing process of our company enhanced sharply. But there is also room for improvement that is why a 9/10

Alternatives Considered

QuickBooks Online

They are all different for each other. In our scenario, since we do not use QuickBooks as our software system, Yooz works better with integration to Sage Intacct

Yooz suits companies that are looking to organize and integrate the accounts payable to a system. In our case, Invoicing from vendor to sage, and them to our bank. Also suits companies that needs approvals for the payment of invoices, giving them a more organized environment to access invoices.

It will not very suitable for small companies
