Overall Satisfaction with Yooz

We use Yooz on a daily basis for approving and resolving conflicted invoices. Yooz has made it very easy to communicate across our whole team for problem solving. With the ability approve, reject, escalate and problem solve its been a great asset to us. The chat area helps greatly and notifications for this help greatly.

Pros

  • invoice reading correctly and clearly
  • chat options are a great help
  • overall functionality of the program is great.

Cons

  • The search function could use some help
  • The ability to know when someone reads the comment would help
  • Not much else I can think of
  • invoicing is done quicker
  • approvals are quicker
  • invoicing problems are easier to fix
I have yet to have any problems relating to the functionality of the program. Everything has been great so far and has added an ease to invoicing and payments on time.

I am an approver for invoices and neet to know when they are in my tasks. I do not get an email of when I have invoices ready to approve so that could be worked on but overall I think the app is a great asset and would glady recommend it to a colleague or business.
