Overall Satisfaction with Yubico YubiKeys
Securing sensitive applications for users that do not have or cannot use a mobile device, or that is need a hardware protected device. YubiKeys will also function for desktop MFA and will also be used by IT Administrators that have extra sensitive applications. YubiKeys are also used for accessing VPN when soft tokens are too slow or time out.

Additional factors that can be used when mobile devices are not permitted. Additionally some users don't want to load an additional app on their phone, and this can be an easy solution for them to use across platforms.
YubiKeys have been very popular in the organization from an ease of use post configuration, but pre-configuration, the IT department has to be involved. Solutions such as integrated with Okta will help alleviate that. Technical users like the solution as it provides a hardware factor, non-technical users enjoy it's ease and portability.
We have not done any evaluations with other providers based on how Yubico supports the product.
