Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
We used Zenefits as a portal to all of our benefits. We recently switched to WageWorks to better integrate with our payroll. However, we still use Zenefits for PTO requests.
- User friendly interface
- Makes something that seems complicated feel easy
- May need better integration with HR systems e.g. payroll
- Onboarding of new hires is easier
- Didn't work out after only a year due to issues in compatibility with payroll (I'm told)
