Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

We used Zenefits as a portal to all of our benefits. We recently switched to WageWorks to better integrate with our payroll. However, we still use Zenefits for PTO requests.

Pros

  • User friendly interface
  • Makes something that seems complicated feel easy

Cons

  • May need better integration with HR systems e.g. payroll
  • Onboarding of new hires is easier
  • Didn't work out after only a year due to issues in compatibility with payroll (I'm told)
