Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
Zenefits is being used by the entire organization as the HRS of record and onboarding platform.
- Very easy to use and navigate
- Support is fantastic
- Many HR functions in one place
- Integrations are great
- Customizing emails from the system
- More triggers for sending custom emails
- Checklist to ensure all tasks relating to a new hire are completed
- We were able to drastically cut down our bill for Payroll
- Has given us a system to allow hourly employees to clock in/out and reduce the hours collecting this data
- Tracks PTO more effectively than any system we previously tried
Significantly cheaper and way more features
We almost went with Workforce as it had all the same features as Zenefits and seemed even more customizable, however, the cost was completely over the top and nowhere near what we were looking to spend on this. The goal was to reduce cost and add functionality which Zenefits accomplished.
