Zenefits makes HR easier to navigate. The cost is better with Zenefits. It provides better HR and payroll reports. It was easier to streamline the process for onboarding new employees. ADP reporting for HR is not great. It does not allow us to filter. ADP does not give tracking for employee profile changes. Overall, Zenefits helps to improve the HR department.
