Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
We're using Zenefits all across my organization. We used it for PTO tracking, HRIS (tracking address, emergency contacts, manager, salary history), Benefits, Time and Attendance.
Zenefits has saved our HR team, managers and employees hours of their time. We used to use Excel to track PTO, submit hours, etc. We used to use paper forms for open enrollment. Zenefits helps take us to the next level and it's allowed us to really show our professional side during new hire onboarding.

Pros
- PTO Tracking - allows for multiple policy types.
- Reporting - Easily export reports and multiple formats with up to date information.
- Benefits - booklets, pricing, enrollment all in ONE place.
Cons
- Not having a dedicated account rep is the only con I have.
- It's saved the HR team hours, managers hours, and employees hours.
- It's allowed us to be more efficient and accurate in our reporting.
I've used several HRIS and ATS systems and prefer Zenefits. The implementation was a breeze compared to other competitors.
