Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

We use Zenefits across the whole organization for employee on-boarding, record management, benefits management, payroll and recently added talent management and compensation analytics. It serves as a one stop shop for all our HR related issues and is one source of truth across the company

Pros

  • Super easy to navigate.
  • Great resources and support - education embedded in the system.
  • Great to have so many HR tools in one place - rather than having different systems for payroll, L&D, records management etc., we integrated all our systems into Zenefits and we love it.

Cons

  • Would like to have cascading /assigned tasks or checklists tracked in the system for onboarding.
  • Integrated employee recognition through Zenefits to Slack.
  • Drives positive culture of transparency.
  • System is fit for purpose.
  • Very little cost for HR and IT to support the system (almost zero).
So much easier to navigate - integrates easily with many other systems - cost effective.
Intuitive, not a lot of clicks, layout is clean and easy to use; help function provides clear and relevant instructions.
Friendly, responsive customer service team.
