Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

As an organization, we’ve been using Zenefits as our HRIS for over a year. It has been very helpful in streamlining our onboarding process for new hires, headcount & org chart reporting.

Zenefits felt like a better fit than Rippling because the IT procurement process felt designed for a smaller organization for us.
Otherwise, the tools felt comparable & could deliver on their promises.

Overall, we’ve been pleased with the software solution & the support we've received is hit or miss depending on the representative assigned to the issue. Recently, we started utilizing the platform’s payroll feature. Payroll is satisfactory, but missing a few features that would greatly assist in our monthly operations.
