Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

Zenefits is used across the entire organization for onboarding and general personnel organization.

  • Organization of departments and personnel
  • Tracking of employee/management tasks
  • Integration of timekeeping and payroll from other platforms
  • It's had a bit of a negative ROI because it no longer syncs with our payroll platform and it did when we first got it.
I still use OnPay because it syncs with our timekeeping system. Zenefits no longer syncs with OnPay (it used to), which has caused some extra work in our organization.
It is very user friendly for both employees and management.
The customer support is good but the time to get in contact with someone can at times be long.

Zenefits is great for paperless and efficient onboarding. It can be more robust in syncing with other "must-have" platforms for companies.
