It's had a bit of a negative ROI because it no longer syncs with our payroll platform and it did when we first got it.

Alternatives Considered

OnPay

I still use OnPay because it syncs with our timekeeping system. Zenefits no longer syncs with OnPay (it used to), which has caused some extra work in our organization.

Usability

It is very user friendly for both employees and management.

Support Rating

The customer support is good but the time to get in contact with someone can at times be long.
