Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

Zenefits is used across our whole organization. Our company saves time by having payroll, onboarding, timekeeping, 401K plans, and health benefits management all in one spot. Our employees can easily update their information for tax purposes and for health benefits information. They can view their paystub and access their W-2's online.

Our company uses Zenefits for its payroll service, onboarding and off-boarding features, time tracking, vacation request approvals, and healthcare benefits administration. It saves a lot of time to have all these services in one place. Their platform is simple to use and they have an extensive set of how-to articles to answer questions so you don't have to rely on reaching out to contact their support helpdesk.
