Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

I am the administrator and use it to run our payroll and pay our taxes. It has been great. I don't have a background in any of this and when I first started using it every time I reached out with questions I got great assistance, and I still do. I feel secure and confident using it for our company.

I find it very well suited for a company that has fewer people and doesn't have the budget to hire outside help for payroll, etc. I have found it to be more cost-effective than hiring a bookkeeper to do this.
