Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
Zenefits is primarily used for payroll management and processing, issuing year-end tax documents to staff and contractors, HR and onboarding documents, and management / tracking of PTO. It is used for all staff (and, gradually, all contractors) across our whole organization. Previously, we used a 3rd party accounting firm for payroll, and streamlining it with Zenefits has saved time and reduced errors.
Pros

Cons
- Vacation tracking for employees that are less than 1 FTE is a little tricky -- required more manual math on my end than I would have ideally liked
- Customer service can be a little slow to respond when we submit a ticket about an issue
