ZeroBounce Exceeded Our Expectations

We are in a business where it's extremely important to have high quality, engaged, clean, and up to date email lists. We have been using ZeroBounce for the past five and a half years for ourselves, as well as on behalf of our customers. We have watched their business suite of services grow and improve over the years and fully trust the results. We had first evaluated ZeroBounce's email cleaning service after a bad experience with a competitor of theirs. We quickly saw that the results were much better, the detailed reporting was just what we had been looking for, the files were processed much quicker, and most of all the price was right.

We used at least 3 other highly recommended services over the last ten years or so and ZeroBounce has had the highest quality results. Not only have the results been better compared to other services, the reporting and reasoning behind what is identified as bad addresses makes more logical sense than other systems that we have used.

We have never questioned the data security and have trusted them with our most trusted data. They have a retention policy that ensures that after 30 days our data is fully deleted from their system so I don't have to remind myself or delete it manually as soon as our processing has been completed. I receive an email reminder prior to deleting the data in case I need to log back in for some reason and retrieve my data. This reminder has saved me a few times when I realized I had deleted the results on my end.
