Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
[One problem area that Ziflow addresses is the] MLR process. Puts everything into one convenient area.

- Keeps everyone "in the loop"
- I really don't have any

- Quicker, more efficient reviews -- positive
It has made it a LOT more streamlined and people are more easily to see the E2E process of editing.
We are now able to see every comment/edit in real time and can rebuttal with 100% visibility.
