Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
[Ziflow] is being used as a tool for proof movement.
Pros
- It can store various versions of a job.
Cons
- Comments lock in previous versions and sometimes cannot be replied to.
- Side-by-side versioning does not call out the differences.
- Does not have a search and replace function.
- Does not have a spell check function.
- I would like changes to be highlighted in new versions.
- I wish I could reply to whoever commented by hitting reply.
- Any replies that come to me that I would like to comment on often do not live in the job. I have to email the reply and then it is lost to others.
- I didn't buy it. I just use it.
