Ziflow--A great tool
Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
Ziflow is used by our organization across several departments for design review and approval. It's a good tool to control the design process from initiation to final approval. Designers initiate a project per request from PD, post the design in Ziflow for PD review and approval. PD can make comments there and sometimes we will involve sales for visibility or comments for special projects. It works perfectly to have all the related colleagues in different departments on the same page.
Pros
- It tremendously decreases the uses of printed paper for design approval, which is very environment friendly.
- It shares the info to the related team/colleague in a timely manner.
- It's pretty easy to put in comments; great tools to use in software.
Cons
- I saw sometimes corrections were done but in the next review version, the errors come back.
- When we download file after making comments, it's better to have an option to download with comments or not.
- Not sure if we can use Ziflow for other tasks, such as project follow up.
- Improved efficiency.
- Save time for communication.
- Very helpful during pandemic.
