Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
I manage the projects for my creative team. We needed a program that allowed us to work with our clients efficiently and effectively. Ziflow is a great tool to get all of our feedback in one spot from everyone on the client team. Most clients love to use it, others are a bit old school but coming around. It's way easier than back and forth emails or using a PDF with comments.
- All proofs under one specific client, easy and organized.
- Workflows for ease of use for my team (not having to constantly remember who has to be on the proof).
- Comparing previous versions to the newest release. Seeing the work the team has done, that we listened to the client, and they can truly think about the changes.
- Some clients have a harder time using/accepting the tool, we created a 1 pager that narrows down the "how-to" in 3 easy steps for when they get started.
- Ziflow can do A LOT. I feel like I'm learning something new each time I use it. Some of the things I don't truly understand and support could use some help in explaining them.
- Improved efficiency - less emails/back and forth.
- Less client frustration - Nothing gets missed when all the comments are in Ziflow. Email chains, things tend to get missed or the right person is not added.
Linking Ziflow to Slack and monday.com has allowed our team to work smoothly. Fewer emails, less slack back and forth. All of the details are sent to both Slack and Monday, you can easily find the links and then leave your comments. Easy peasy.
Sort of - but that is not on Ziflow, we still have some managers that are getting used to it. The team loves it though.
